About the Role
As Tropic’s Head of Digital & E-Commerce, you will report directly to the Marketing Director and work intimately with our senior leadership team. Your primary mission is to aggressively expand our online sales and DTC awareness. You’ll devise and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that's not just about maintaining our presence, but multiplying it.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales-Driven Strategy Development: Craft and implement robust digital marketing and e-commerce strategies focused primarily on driving aggressive sales growth.
2. Digital Marketing: Lead and oversee all aspects of digital marketing including SEO, PPC, CRM, and paid social media.
3. E-Commerce Leadership: Oversee our e-commerce initiatives, ensuring that every digital touchpoint is optimised for sales performance and creating an industry-leading CX.
4. Innovative Campaigns: Develop and launch disruptive digital marketing campaigns that not only engage and delight, but convert.
5. Analytics and Growth Hacking: Utilise advanced analytics to drive decisions, and spearhead growth hacking initiatives to rapidly scale our online presence and sales.
6. Nurture the Team: Manage our team of digital and e-com whizzes to inspire, develop and drive forward your vision, supporting them with both their professional and personal development.
7. Budget management: Optimise and track of all expenditures linked to digital, maximising ROI at every opportunity.
What We're Looking For
8. Proven Experience: At least years in digital marketing leadership, with a demonstrated track record of significantly scaling online sales.
9. Disruptive Mindset: A history of developing innovative and disruptive strategies in digital marketing and e-commerce. Experience in skincare/beauty is highly desirable.
10. Sales-Centric Skills: Native in using digital tools like Google Analytics and AdWords to boost e-commerce sales directly. PowerBI experience a plus.
11. Leadership Excellence: Ability to lead and inspire a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering an environment of growth and high performance.
12. All areas: It’s critical that this role is filled by someone who has worked in/managed all areas of Digital – Paid, SEO, Ecommerce and CRM.
What We Offer
13. Employment Type: This role is offered full-time Monday to Friday, am to pm.
14. Where we're located: Tropic HQ is located a short walk from Beddington Lane Tram stop, which is connected to East Croydon and Wimbledon.
15. Hybrid Working: We offer flexible working with at least days a week in the office.
