will work with 2 ladies, who have learning disabilities and autism, at their homes. You will empower the independence of the ladies we support by enabling them to live the life that they choose.
The first lady we support is in her 50's. She would like to meet
Support Workers
who can support her to do the things she enjoys, these include:
Going swimming Listening to music, she has eclectic taste Taking long baths Going for walks in the local area and drives further afield to visit the horses in countryside or at Horse/Cart centre Dupporting me to visit garden centre cafes or music concerts
This lady would like you to know that although she doesn't use words to communicate, she can understand you. She can take you and show you what she wants. If you have not had to communicate with someone in this way before do not worry as

The second lady we support is in her 40's. She really likes animals and would like to meet a

who is happy to help her to:
Go on days out to Longleat Take trips to farms Visit New Forest Wildlife Park
As well as her love of animals this lady also loves old Disney Movies and taking walks in her local area. She would like to meet a calm and encouraging

Both ladies have strong ties to their families who come to see them in the purpose-built flat complex they live in (they have individual flats). They would be happy to meet a
full
-time Female Support Worker.
The ladies we support like their support workers to be with them for long days ( 07.00-22.00 ). This role is on a rolling rota pattern. Working long days on Monday, Wednesday and Daturday (week 1) and long days on Wednesday and Friday (week 2).
Support Workers
will also have to assist with finances, meal preparation and personal care.
As the ladies we support have their own vehicles,
it is essential Female Support Workers hold a full UK/EU Driving License.
