A leading investment bank is seeking a Procurement Performance Manager to lead strategic initiatives focused on enhancing enterprise-wide risk, control, and procurement performance. This role sits within the Supply Chain Management (SCM) function and is pivotal in driving financial and operational efficiency across third-party vendor engagements.
Key Responsibilities
* Savings Validation: Collaborate with procurement teams to identify, validate, and quantify financial and non-financial benefits (e.g., cost savings, vendor consolidation, efficiency gains) in line with CFO requirements.
* Performance Reporting: Track procurement KPIs, maintain dashboards, and ensure accurate reporting of savings initiatives to Finance and senior stakeholders.
* Project Management: Prioritize initiatives, manage risks, and deliver against timelines while providing regular updates and guidance on processes and governance.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Work cross-functionally with SCM, CFOs, and business leaders to ensure alignment and recognition of savings across the organization.
* Risk & Compliance: Support supplier risk mitigation, ensure compliance with sourcing policies, and uphold governance standards.
* Conduct & Ethics: Demonstrate integrity and compliance with regulatory and business conduct standards, contributing to a culture of accountability.
Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Procurement, Economics, or Business Administration.
* Experience: 6–8 years in strategic sourcing, procurement, finance, or project management; Financial Services or Tech sector experience preferred.
* Skills: Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills; proficient in SAP, Ariba, Excel; financial analysis and forecasting expertise.
* Languages: Fluent in English; Chinese or Korean is a plus.
* Certifications: Relevant professional certifications in procurement or finance are advantageous.
