We’re searching for a dynamic Sales & Events Manager to join the team at one of London’s most distinctive and memorable venues. If you’re a confident seller with strong hospitality experience and a passion for delivering standout corporate events, this is your opportunity to shine.
About the Role
As the Sales & Events Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our corporate events business, responsible for generating revenue, nurturing client relationships, and delivering exceptional event experiences from first enquiry through to meeting and greeting on the day to hand over to operations.
You’ll manage incoming leads, proactively seek new corporate opportunities, conduct site visits, create proposals and host tastings to ensure every event is seamless and successful.
* Proactively sell and grow the venue’s corporate events business
* Manage and convert enquiries, conduct site visits, and prepare proposals
* Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agents, and partners
* Collaborate with the in-house catering and operations teams to deliver flawless events
* Meet and exceed revenue targets, with full ownership of the corporate sales pipeline
* Manage and mentor the sales and events executives.
* Represent the venue at industry events, networking opportunities, and showcases
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
* A confident seller with a track record in venue or hospitality sales
* Experienced in hospitality or events, ideally with in-house catering operations
* Skilled at building rapport and closing business
* Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple events and deadlines
* Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
* Professional, energetic, and passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences
