Flourish Education are recruiting for a High-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), who is dedicated and experienced, to join an OFSTED rated good school in Smethwick. This full-time and long-term role offers a competitive day rate of £100 - £120 per day and is due to start from May Half Term until July 2025 and is ideal for a committed individual with a passion for supporting pupils from Reception to Year 6. The HLTA will primarily work to provide class based support/interventions with Year 6 pupils in the morning and then cover PPA time in the afternoons. This role involves a wonderful chance to gain experience across various age ranges and Key stages within the primary setting.
