Job Description
* Advising and training workshops and dealers on spare parts sales
* Carrying out product presentations and training courses on site and digitally
* Analysing customer requirements and developing individual solutions
* Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
* Analysing the market and competition to identify new business opportunities
* Working closely with the sales team to support sales
Qualifications
* Completed education in the Automotive sector (technology, service or sales) or a comparable qualification
* Professional experience in the field of vehicle spare parts, ideally in field service or technical support
* Strong communication skills and strong customer orientation
* Independent and structured way of working
* Willingness to travel and flexibility
* Confident handling of MS Office and digital media
* Driving license
