What’s involved?
This role would ideally suit an experienced Demi Chef de Partie who is looking for their next step up in the kitchen or a Chef de Partie looking for a new challenge. You will be working very closely with the other chefs in the team, supporting them in the day-to-day running of this busy kitchen. The ideal Chef de Partie must be experienced with working with fresh local produce, as well as working in a fast-paced environment without compromising standards.
