Requirements Key Focusses Produce high-performing impactful content for paid and organic social media channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Snap) that drive conversions and growth Deep understanding of each platform’s audience, algorithm and trends Knowledge of what creates an attention grabbing, scroll stopping hook Ability to convey a compelling message in under 12 seconds that aligns with our brand voice and style Ability to use data from the Breakroom Quiz to create compelling, imaginative social media content Be able to communicate effectively with a Gen Z audience Have an intimate understanding of UK culture, trends, humour Own the complete content creation process from scripting and shooting to editing posting, and engaging Have an acute attention to detail to iterate on creatives rapidly Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple videos efficiently Ability to use data and intuition to inform creative strategies and optimise performance Keen eye on local and national news The role will involve very occasional UK travel to film at our partners’ locations Creative and ideas driven Be highly collaborative and able to work effectively with remote teams Mentor and coach junior colleagues Contribute to weekly and monthly reports Desirable Experience of social media growth drivers An understanding of data and how to use it to influence the content creation process Experience of producing content for social media ads A strong appreciation of front line work and the challenges these workers face Experience of producing content for a youth audience Minimum Qualifications Minimum of 2 years work experience within a startup/scaleup/corporate environment.
