Where will you be working?
At M Group Telecom, were enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.
We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.
Private networks- We find the best technology, manage assets and refresh systems. With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape.

What will you be doing?
Achieve contract sales and profit targets by building, maintaining, and executing detailed Account and Engagement Plans for assigned customers and prospects. Lead business development efforts aligned with company strategy, managing opportunities through RFQ and tender stages with financial approval. Develop and oversee the sales and contract opportunity pipeline. Establish and manage senior-level relationships within customer organizations, enabling director-level engagement. Foster strong internal collaboration to support efficient bid management and ensure seamless delivery of project and support services. Maintain strategic focus on customer engagement, opportunity execution, and internal alignment to drive successful outcomes.
What youll bring?
Possesses strong market analysis and communication skills, with leadership to drive Tier 1 accounts/contracts and deliver impactful presentations. Self-managing with clear personal priorities. Skilled in value-based sales, marketing, negotiation, and commercial strategy. Experienced in the UK Utility market, consistently achieving sales targets over several years with deal sizes ranging from £225m.
