About the role:
We're looking for a skilled and passionate External Communications Manager to shape and lead our external messaging. In this role, you'll be responsible for crafting compelling copy that reflects our brand's tone of voice and strategic positioning, while ensuring all content remains compliant, aligned with regulatory guidelines, and emotionally resonant with our audience.
As the guardian of our brand's external voice, you'll work cross-functionally to maintain consistency, build awareness, drive engagement, and ultimately support our growth and reputation.
What will you be doing?
* Be the brand champion internally, working with teams to maintain our brand tone of voice and key messages in all communications.
* Drafting and distributing media releases
* Copywriting of external messaging that is compelling and supports our KPIs
* Reviewing content to ensure it is compliant and adheres to CAP and ASA guidance
* Creation and execution of our social media content across X, Meta and LinkedIn.
What we are looking for:
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Degree level in English Language or similar
* Understands and can articulate end to end processes to any audience
* Strong presentation and communication skills
* Management of social media channels to drive brand awareness
* Experience creating news releases and distributing to key media contacts
* Confident and able to communicate with senior stakeholders
