Purpose of therole
The Campaign Manager worksclosely with both their clients and team to ensure the efficientand effective running of their accounts. The Campaign Manager has aclear understanding of their clients objectives and requirements.They deliver the highest levels of service to the accounts and havethe ability to build and maintain longlasting relationships withclients. The Campaign Manager translates creative thinking intodecisive action prioritising tasks efficiently and continuouslysetting a motivating example for the rest of the team. They haveexceptional media relations skills.
Responsibilities
* Maintainsa consultative relationship with the client acting as the keycontact for all marketing services defining deadlines and serviceagreements whilst ensuring these are met consistently by theteam
* Works closely with the client to regularlyreview account performance identifying and communicatingopportunities for additional services across all activationchannels
* Drives the team to develop compellingand impactful content and campaigns forclients
* Works with the client and wider TEAMLEWIS team to ensure effective budgetmanagement
* Work alongsidethe Campaign Director to regularly review account performanceidentifying opportunities for additional PR marketing and digitalservices and projects
* Addvalue to new business pitches by providing support withcoordination content generation and presentationpreparation
* Ensure thatall client activity meets KPIs and is reported back to the clientproviding insight and analysis.
* Consult withclients on media opportunities in relation to the news agenda on adaily basis
* Oversee allmedia relations activity on behalf of theclient
* Maintainrelationships with journalists bloggers influencers and analystsacross national trade and vertical mediachannels
* Provide contentfor campaigns and projects including press releases articles blogentries social posts and other written material
* Proofread all writtenmaterials i.e. biographies media alerts briefing documents socialposts etc.
* Understand and advise clients onthe types of content that will work best to achieve theirgoals.
* Use and explore all social media toolsto optimise and apply to clientneeds.
* Work closely withline reports to set objectives and support strengths weaknesses andcareer development
* Workwith the Talent team to recruit high calibre junior levelcandidates into theteam
* Analyse success ofcampaigns and alongside Campaign Director identify key learningsand opportunities for continuousimprovement
* Regularlyattend and lead TEAM LEWIS daily press briefings and trainingsessions.

It is essential that you haveexperience working within a PR or Integrated communications agency.TEAM LEWIS is constantly winning and seeking new business thereforeyou will be working on some of our existing clients but also youwill be a vital part of the team to push and grow our new businessfurther.
We are looking fora skilled Campaign Manager with a strong understanding of clientsbusiness needs issues and requirements.
* Experience working withinB2B technologyand/or Corporatecommunications
* You are comfortable talkingabout integrated marketing solutions involving creative digitaldemand generation media reputationmanagement.
* Experience of working in a fastpaced international environment and with regional teams isbeneficial.
* You will have a thorough knowledgeof the media and keep up to date with current affairs.
* Impeccable attention to detail and excellentcommunication skills both written and verbal are also necessitiesto thisrole.
