Overview
As a Portfolio Manager, you will take ownership of a patch within our Temporary Housing portfolio, ensuring it remains stable, high-quality and financially sound. You will lead on lease renewals, property inspections and new acquisitions, always keeping resident needs at the heart of your decisions.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
* Experience in the private rental sector, including securing new business and managing leases.
* Knowledge of building construction and the ability to identify defects and remedies.
* Commercial awareness and a track record of securing sound financial arrangements.
* Customer-focused mindset and ability to build strong relationships across teams.
* Experience in property marketing and advertising strategies.
* Familiarity with housing compliance standards and portfolio performance monitoring.
