You will collaborate closely with the General Manager to:
* Implement strategies that drive club targets and enhance member experience.
* Ensure smooth operations while adhering to health & safety and compliance regulations.

About You:
As our ideal Assistant General Manager, you:
* Have experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g., restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
* Are skilled in leading various functions with diverse challenges and goals.
* Possess experience in financial planning and management.
* Are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
