Overview
A little about St Andrew's Nursing and Care Home: St Andrew's is located in the village of Ewerby (5 miles east of Sleaford). The home is set around an old vicarage, extended to provide modern living accommodation while maintaining character. The home provides personal care, including nursing and dementia care, for 42 residents. The Home Manager is supported by a Clinical Lead and a largely Supernumerary Deputy Manager.
Responsibilities
* To achieve Jasmine's Mission and Aims in the home you manage by: developing, motivating, and improving the wellbeing of your team; ensuring residents receive the highest standards of care and the home is fully compliant; and ensuring the home is full at all times.
* Demonstrate team collaboration, oral and written communication skills, time management with ability to meet deadlines, a strong work ethic, and a positive, can-do attitude.
* Be an ambassadorship for Jasmine; minimum requirements include 6 months experience as a Home Manager of a residential/nursing home or 2 years as a Supernumerary Deputy Manager; NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care Management (or a registered nurse); full driving licence; computer literacy (email, Excel, Word); and live within a 30-minute drive (per Google Maps).
Qualifications
* Minimum: 6 months experience as Home Manager or 2 years as Supernumerary Deputy Manager; NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care Management (or a registered nurse); Full Driving Licence; computer literacy.
* Preferred: Two years’ experience as a Manager of a residential/nursing home; NVQ Level 7 in Health & Social Care.

Job Title: Registered Home Manager (wide range of experience considered)
Salary: £48,000 – £58,000 DOE plus 15% SMART objectives-based bonus paid quarterly
