Meet Ricky and Joe, who joined us from the Light vehicle sector:
“Making the switch from cars to HGV and stepping into Scania from a related industry has been incredibly rewarding. I enjoyed a warm welcome and relished the chance to upskill, receive specialised training, and apply my transferable skills. Being embraced by this team feels like finding my professional home. With opportunities for career progression ahead, I'm eager to see where this journey takes me.”
“This programme allows me to apply my transferable skills while learning new ones, transforming my career path. I’m excited for my future here. Since joining Scania, I only regret not starting sooner!”
