Independent Financial Adviser (IFA)
Location: Honiton (Hybrid 2 days in-office)
Full-Time | Permanent
We are looking for an experienced, client-focused Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) to join our clients growing team in Honiton. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a mixed client portfolio (corporate and private) in a well-supported, salaried role with excellent benefits and clear progression potential.
The Role
As a fully-fledged IFA, youll be joining a stable, established business with a strong corporate client base. You will:
1. Deliver personal financial advice to members of corporate schemes
2. Manage and develop a small bank of private clients
3. Run member surgeries and consultations as part of workplace schemes
4. Provide high-quality, independent financial planning with full admin and paraplanning support
This role is ideal for someone with at least 12 years post-CAS experience who is ready to step into a more autonomous advisory position without the pressure of building a client bank from scratch.
What Were Looking For
5. CAS status (minimum of 12 years advising experience post-CAS)
6. Level 4 Diploma qualified (CII or equivalent)
7. Experience with corporate clients is not essential

8. Base Salary dependant on experience
