1st Line Support Specialist
Manchester (Hybrid)

What does the role involve?
You will be the first point of contact for customers, resolving issues efficiently while delivering exceptional service. You will manage support issues from start to finish, liaising with engineers and third parties to ensure smooth resolution.

Preferred Technical Skills And Experience
* Network services (Cisco, Cisco Meraki)
* Firewalls (Cisco)
* VMware, ESXi, Veeam
* Managed services support and CRM systems (Salesforce desirable)
* Basic understanding of networking protocols and architecture
* Familiarity with the ITIL framework
