At END., our menswear and sports categories sit at the heart of the brand - commercially, creatively, and culturally. We work across luxury, streetwear, performance, and emerging labels, building a product mix that reflects where fashion and culture meet.

We are looking for a Head of Buying to lead these categories with clarity and conviction, someone with a strong commercial track record, a deep understanding of product, and the leadership to move the team and business forward.

This is a senior role, responsible for one of our most strategic and visible areas. It requires a mix of trading precision, creative thinking, and clear direction, both day-to-day and longer term

Here's a Breakdown Of What You'll Be Doing

* Lead the end-to-end buying strategy for Menswear & Sports across all global markets.
* Build and manage a commercially effective, culturally relevant brand mix from established global names to future-facing labels.
* Own seasonal planning, OTB, and in-season trading making agile, informed decisions that balance margin, stock health, and customer interest.
* Develop and mentor a high-performing buying team, supporting progression, performance, and process improvement.
* Maintain strong relationships with brand partners, identifying opportunities for deeper collaboration, exclusives and newness.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Creative, Studio, Content and Retail to ensure product launches are well executed and aligned to strategy.
* Stay connected to the market including competitor activity, cultural shifts, and broader fashion movements to ensure our product direction remains relevant and forward-thinking.

Who We're Looking For

* Senior experience in a multi-brand buying or trading leadership role, ideally in menswear or streetwear.
* Strong commercial acumen, with a proven ability to drive performance through assortment, trading, and team development.
* A clear, confident leadership style able to guide, challenge, and support a high-performing team.
* Excellent industry relationships with brand leverage and a strong understanding of the contemporary menswear market.
* A strategic mindset, with the ability to think beyond product and contribute to broader brand and business objectives.
* Calm under pressure, with a sharp eye for both opportunity and risk.
* Commercially sharp with a deep understanding of product performance, customer behaviour, and market dynamics.
* Confident negotiator and relationship-builder with a strong industry network.
* Highly organised, with the ability to juggle deadlines, priorities and product drops in a fast-paced environment.
* Strategic thinker who is comfortable presenting at senior level and collaborating cross-functionally.
* Obsessed with fashion, culture, community, and innovation, you're plugged in, always watching, and never settling.
