Our Resource Management (RM) team ensures we have the right people for the right jobs, at the right time, in the right places.

As a Resource Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of Resource Officers to deliver workforce and people deployment solutions, often in fast-paced and changing environments. You will work in partnership with stakeholders, using your commercial mindset, business acumen, and Management Information (MI) to inform and influence decisions.
You will have the opportunity to learn key leadership skills from established and successful stakeholders, with significant opportunities for professional development and progression for those with a proactive and continuous improvement mindset.
What your day will look like:
* Managing all demand requests using workforce planning systems.
* Supporting the Resourcing Senior Lead to deliver on business strategic and people priorities including fair work allocation, skills reviews, etc.
* Delivering operational reporting insights that identify trends, risks, and actions for the business.
* Overseeing headcount planning and movements, including monthly reconciliation, interactions with Human Capital, recruitment, transfers, secondments, visa checks, and supporting business cases for permanent moves. Also includes annual headcount budget planning and half-year reviews.
* Line management, development, and coaching of team members.
This role is for you if:
* You have experience in Resource Management, Workforce Planning, Recruitment, or Operational People Management.
* You excel in stakeholder management and influencing, with the ability to build authentic long-term relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders.
* You demonstrate resilience and the ability to work under pressure, managing conflicting priorities, tight deadlines, and demanding stakeholder needs.
* You communicate effectively, adapting your style to your audience.
* You possess strong commercial and business acumen, using resourcing metrics and KPIs to inform decision-making, with analytical and problem-solving skills, and knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
