Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for client IT support requests via phone, email, and remote tools.
Diagnose and resolve a wide range of technical issues across hardware, software, and networks.
Provide support for Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, and core business applications.
Set up and configure desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers.
Manage Active Directory accounts, password resets, and user permissions.
Escalate complex incidents to 2nd/3rd Line Engineers where necessary.
Maintain accurate documentation in the ticketing system.
Assist with client projects, such as migrations, upgrades, and new system rollouts.
What You'll Bring
Previous experience in a
1st Line or Service Desk role, ideally within an MSP.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments (Windows OS, O365, Active Directory).
Basic networking understanding (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPNs).
Familiarity with RMM (Remote Monitoring & Management) tools is advantageous.
Excellent troubleshooting skills with a methodical approach.
Great communication and customer service skills.
A proactive attitude with a genuine desire to progress into 2nd Line and beyond.
