Our Accelerated Development Programme offers a structured, fast‑track route into industry. You will gain hands‑on experience working with modern technologies, supporting software delivery, infrastructure, and IT operations in real client environments.
You will typically work with one client at a time, delivering meaningful outcomes in a professional, client‑facing environment. Alongside this, you will complete a minimum of six industry‑recognised accreditations, with clear progression pathways and salary growth as you develop.
About the role
As a Graduate Software Engineer, you’ll join a large UK‑based organisation supporting customer‑focused digital products and platforms. You’ll work within a collaborative technology team, helping to support existing systems while exploring opportunities to improve, automate, and evolve platforms and processes for the future.
You’ll gain exposure to enterprise systems and technologies while developing skills across software engineering, automation, and problem solving. We’re looking for someone who is curious, motivated, and excited by how technology can continuously improve the way businesses operate.
This role would suit someone who enjoys learning, brings fresh ideas, and is comfortable working within evolving environments while contributing to both current platform support and future innovation.
Qualifications
Education
* Achieved a 2:1 undergraduate degree in any subject.
Technical Knowledge
* Exposure to coding or software engineering concepts.
* Some experience with Java, RPG, native applications, or other programming languages would be beneficial.
* Interest in automation, AI, and evolving technologies.
