Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm
Contract: Full‑time
Are you passionate about helping children reach their full potential? We're seeking caring, motivated Learning Support Assistants to support students with Autism and Behavioural Needs in a nurturing and inclusive specialist school setting.
About the Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
Provide personalised 1:1 or small‑group support to pupils with additional needs.
Promote communication, independence, and confidence in the classroom.
Support teachers in maintaining a calm, structured, and positive learning environment.
Use proactive, supportive strategies to help students manage challenging behaviour.

Patient, compassionate, and passionate about supporting children with SEN.
Strong communicators who can build trust and positive relationships.
Experienced with Autism or behavioural needs (beneficial but not essential).
Team‑focused, proactive, and resilient in their approach.

Requirements
Eligibility to work in the UK.
An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
