JOB TITLE: CLIENT SERVICE MANAGER
LOCATION: TRURO / HYBRID
SALARY: £25,000 - £28,000 DOE
START DATE: APRIL/ MAY 2026
My client near Truro is seeking a Client Service Manager to join their growing team within a asset/ investment management and financial planning business.
This is a permanent full time hybrid role – 2/3 days in the office on the outskirts of Truro plus 2/3 days working from home.
As Client Service Manager you are required to maintain existing business with current clients, grow business relationships with current clients and assist in bringing new clients on board.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage internal projects and optimise resource allocation to enhance customer satisfaction.
* Track and assess client satisfaction ratings, executing plans to enhance them as needed.
* Coordinate and execute the social media and marketing strategy of the business to attract new connections and contacts, thereby contributing to the growth of FUM and client base.
* Support the Business in managing client events effectively from start to finish.
* Assist the Business in enforcing and monitoring the entire business process in alignment with business and regulatory guidelines.
* Offer advanced technical and administrative assistance to the Business.
* Prepare necessary files, including compliance documents, research, illustrations, and supporting materials.
* Accurately process applications and maintain all required management information.
* Liaise with product providers, advisers, clients, and third parties to progress applications and ensure timely completion of each case.
Knowledge, Experience & Skills:
* Senior administration experience, ideally within an investment or financial management environment.
* Proven experience managing client accounts and maintaining strong client relationships.
* Strong working knowledge of social media platforms, financial promotions, and marketing regulations.
* Project management experience.
* A relevant qualification such as the FPC, or progress towards the Level 4 Diploma, would be a distinct advantage.
* Professional and confident when dealing with people, with the ability to always maintain complete discretion.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Highly capable problem solver with a proactive approach.
* Consistently demonstrates a positive and professional attitude.
* Able to work independently while also contributing effectively to shared team objectives
