Your new company Ths growing organisation is looking to recruit and experienced Part Time Accounts Assistant to join the team on a temporary basis to assist with a busy workload. Your new role Your duties and responsibilities will include- AP Processing/ payments/ statements Credit control Bank reconciliations Some invoicing Data cleansing Excel data extra/ file updates Other Admin/ process notes update as and when required by the Finance Manager What you'll need to succeed You must have previous finance experience, have excellent Excel skills and be able to work unsupervised to strict deadlines. You must have previous accounts experience and be accustomed to working in an extremely fast paced environment. Ideally you will be AAT qualified or part qualified and you must have excellent time management skills. It is essential that you have Advanced Excel skills.
