What You'll Do
Your role will be varied, practical, and creative. You'll help us tell our story, share our successes, and grow our presence in the market. That means you'll be:
* Creating content – writing posts for LinkedIn, updating our website, and putting together newsletters.
* Supporting our podcast – helping schedule guests, drafting questions, promoting episodes, and learning the ropes of production.
* Helping with sales outreach – researching potential clients, preparing outreach lists, drafting intro messages, and tracking results.
* Getting creative – assisting with graphics and making sure our branding is consistent and professional.
* Researching and reporting – keeping an eye on industry trends, tracking engagement, and preparing simple reports on what's working.
* Collaborating with the team – gathering stories, case studies, and ideas from colleagues that we can turn into marketing material.
No two days will be the same — and that's part of the fun.
What You'll Bring
We don't expect you to arrive with a polished CV full of marketing experience — this is an entry-level role. What matters most is your enthusiasm, curiosity, and willingness to get stuck in. To thrive here, you'll need:
* Strong writing skills – you can adapt your tone for social media, newsletters, and emails.
* An eye for detail – whether proofreading a post or checking numbers in a report.
* Digital confidence – comfortable with LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, and happy to learn new tools.
* Comfort with numbers – you don't need to be a maths genius, but Excel tables and campaign data shouldn't scare you.
* Flexibility and initiative – able to manage your own workload while supporting the team.
* Honesty and ownership – if you make a mistake, you own it and learn from it.
