Senior Full-Stack Developer

Due to the secure nature of the programme, you will need to hold UK Security Clearance or be eligible to go through this clearance. Our teams operate within a flexible hybrid working model, however on-site requirements vary by project, so the ability to travel as required to meet client needs is essential.
Your future duties and responsibilities
In this role, you will design, build, and deliver secure, scalable full stack applications that power critical client services. You'll take ownership across the full development lifecycle, from shaping architecture and user experiences through to deployment and optimisation, combining modern front-end frameworks with robust back-end engineering to deliver high-quality outcomes.
You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients to turn ideas into impactful solutions, contributing creative thinking while ensuring alignment with business and user needs. You'll be supported in continuously developing your skills while helping drive innovation and delivery excellence.
Key responsibilities:
• Design end-to-end full stack applications
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices
• Enhance responsive user interfaces using modern frameworks
• Develop cloud-native solutions across AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Ensure quality and security through testing and engineering best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
• Improve application performance and reliability
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
You should bring strong full stack engineering experience, with the ability to work across both front-end and back-end technologies. You'll have a solid understanding of modern development practices and be confident delivering secure, scalable solutions within Agile, collaborative environments.
Essential qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Java or Python
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue)
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience working in Agile environments with CI/CD practices
• Strong problem-solving and collaborative working skills
