Join an established design and build M&E Building Services Contractor, who are dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions across various sectors. They aremitted to innovation, excellence, and providing exceptional service to clients. You will work across a variety of projects and sectors, such as healthcare, education, residential, stadiums, offices and hotels valued at up to £25 million, within a large design team of 20 engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the design of mechanical projects, designing HVAC and public health
2. Utilise design software such as, IES, H2X, Revit and AutoCAD
3. Work across RIBA stages 2–7
4. Carry out site visits and surveys
5. Assist with the training of more junior staff
What you'll need to succeed
6. Over 5 years UK experience within a building services consultancy or contractor
7. Experience working as a Senior Engineer and running your own jobs
8. Goodmunication and technician skills
