Offer description

Gleeson Homes is looking to recruit a Sales Administrator based at our Regional Area Office. Your role will be to ensure company sales targets are achieved by securing exchanges and legal completions within appropriate timescales. You will also provide sales administration support to the Sales Manager and Sales Negotiators for your region.

Main Responsibilities:

* Support the full regional sales team with administrative tasks to ensure a smooth 5-star customer experience throughout the buying journey, including updating forecasts, assisting with sales releases, processing 'recommend a friend' vouchers, and supporting sales collateral.
* Assist the regional sales team in meeting reservation, exchange, and legal completion targets by liaising with onsite sales teams and solicitors to facilitate efficient conveyancing.
* Promote and provide a 5-star customer experience within the regional operational area as a proactive team member.
* Administer customer contracts and transfer paperwork accurately and promptly for signatures.
* Collaborate with the sales team to compile and produce monthly sales reports, and distribute these reports to relevant parties.
* Attend new site setup meetings with solicitors and representatives from Commercial and Technical teams, acting as an ambassador for Gleeson.
* Assist the Sales Director and Sales Manager in preparing comprehensive Sales and Marketing reports for Land Appraisals.
* Support the Sales extras process by recording and sharing current information, working proactively with departments such as Construction, Technical, Commercial, and Finance to ensure a smooth customer journey.

The Ideal Candidate:

* Experience in an administrative role, preferably in sales administration.
* Understanding of the house buying process.
* Strong administrative skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
* Knowledge of onsite sales activity.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact confidently at all levels, including clients, solicitors, and senior management.
* Team-oriented with a proactive attitude.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
* Generous holiday entitlement of 26 days plus bank holidays.
