A National Housing Developer are looking for a Sales Advisor to oversee their site in Colchester on a 12-month fixed term contract. You will be managing the sales on this development and liaising with customers day to day, with the potential for a permanent contract after the 12-month fixed term.
Job Duties:
* Manage the sales process for the development site in Colchester
* Liaise with customers and provide excellent customer service
* Promote and sell new build housing units
* Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the development
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Required Qualifications:
* Valid Driving Licence
* Experience in new build housing sales
Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
* Previous experience in house building sales
* Knowledge of the property and real estate industry
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions:
This role involves working on-site at the development in Colchester, with regular interaction with customers and stakeholders.
