Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage CQC inspections, ensuring the service is always inspection-ready with up-to-date documentation and records.
2. Oversee staff recruitment, onboarding, training, development, and performance management to maintain a well-supported and motivated team.
3. Implement and monitor health and safety protocols, including risk assessments, infection control, and safeguarding practices.
4. Ensure care plans are developed, implemented, and reviewed regularly, maintaining high standards of personalized care.
5. Maintain accurate service documentation, including care records, incident reports, and performance evaluations.
6. Drive strategic service improvements by developing action plans for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
7. Monitor quality assurance through regular audits, stakeholder feedback, and service evaluations.
8. Lead internal audit processes to proactively identify risks, gaps, or areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions in a timely manner.
9. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and external agencies to ensure coordinated and holistic care delivery.
