The Role:
As Finance Manager, youll be at the heart of our financial operations. This isnt just about spreadsheets its about strategy, sustainability, and steering a business thats making a real-world difference. Youll take ownership of financial planning, reporting, and compliance while also contributing to commercial decision-making and investment strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
2. Develop robust financial models to support business growth and new project evaluation.
3. Prepare monthly management accounts and board reporting.
4. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (HMRC, Companies House, etc).
5. Manage budgets, forecasting and cash flow planning.
