Responsibilities Lead and inspire the engineering department to achieve operational goals and uphold high-quality standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across engineering processes and maintenance activities. Oversee and manage both AM and PM maintenance schedules to ensure optimal machinery performance and minimal downtime. Develop, update, and implement new engineering and maintenance processes to increase efficiency and reliability. Plan, coordinate, and execute engineering projects from inception through to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering strategies with business objectives. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the engineering function. Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing engineering team. Qualifications Proven experience in an engineering leadership role with responsibility for continuous improvement and maintenance management.
