Assistant Manager - Bewiched Coffee (Heart of England Co-operative Society)Warwick | 35 hours per week | PermanentHelp us launch something exciting in Warwick!A brand-new Bewiched Coffee shop is coming to Warwick, and we're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Manager to help bring it to life. In partnership with the Heart of England Co-operative Society, Bewiched is renowned for expertly crafted coffee, delicious food, welcoming spaces and outstanding customer service. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the founding team of a new store, helping to create a destination that customers will love and colleagues will be proud to work in.
If you're passionate about coffee, enjoy leading teams and thrive in a fast-paced customer-focused environment, we'd love to hear from you.What you'll be doingAs Assistant Manager, you'll work closely with the Shop Manager to ensure the successful day-to-day operation of the coffee shop, leading by example and helping to create an exceptional experience for both customers and colleagues.Lead and inspire the team Support the recruitment, training and development of colleaguesMotivate and coach the team to deliver excellent customer serviceLead shifts confidently, ensuring the store operates efficiently and safelyFoster a positive, inclusive and engaging team cultureDeliver an outstanding customer experience Champion Bewiched's high standards of quality, service and presentationBuild strong relationships with customers and the local communitySupport colleagues in creating a welcoming atmosphere where customers want to returnDrive operational excellence Assist with stock control, ordering and inventory managementEnsure food safety, health and safety and company procedures are followed at all timesMaintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation and product availabilitySupport the management of rotas and labour planningSupport commercial performance Assist in achieving sales, profitability and operational targetsMonitor performance and identify opportunities to improve resultsSupport promotional activities and local initiatives to drive customer engagementWhat we're looking forWe're looking for someone who combines strong leadership skills with a genuine passion for hospitality and customer service.
