Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate, energetic, and committed PE Teacher to deliver high-quality physical education lessons to our students. The ideal candidate will inspire students to lead active, healthy lifestyles and develop their skills in a variety of sports and physical activities. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and inspiring PE lessons to students of all abilities, from Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 5.
Develop and implement creative lesson plans that align with the curriculum and promote an inclusive learning environment.
Provide coaching and mentorship in extracurricular sports teams, clubs, and events.
Track and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to encourage continuous improvement.
Foster a positive, supportive, and safe learning environment for all students.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the PE curriculum and contribute to the overall development of the school.
Encourage and promote healthy, active lifestyles among students.
Key Skills & Experience:
Qualified teacher with a relevant degree in Physical Education or a related subject.
Strong understanding of the UK PE curriculum and teaching strategies.
Experience teaching PE at secondary school level (KS3-KS5).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passionate about promoting physical activity and healthy living.
Experience in coaching and leading extracurricular sports activities is an advantage.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
