We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Analyst to join Norgine. The person holding this position will report to the Head of IT.
Core Responsibilities
* Provide 2nd line support on all aspects of the IT infrastructure and daily BAU activities.
* Participate in IT project work, procurement, and liaising with suppliers.
* Embrace continuous improvement within the team, making processes efficient and effective.
* This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Key Areas of Responsibility
* Undertake Infrastructure IT Service Delivery at the Hengoed M&S site.
* Support applications at the Hengoed M&S site.
* Ensure maximum uptime of IT infrastructure at regional level.
* Build effective relationships with colleagues and the business.
* Analyze and propose methods to improve service delivery.
* Follow project methodologies for IT technical projects and improvements.
* Contribute to and follow all global and local IT processes.
* Participate in projects and specific technology areas as required.
* May include a specialist area such as Desktop or Database support.
* Some out-of-hours work may be required, including being part of the on-call rota after training.
Knowledge and Skills
* Strong IT experience with understanding of networking, servers, desktops, and applications.
* Ability to communicate technical information clearly and plainly.
