Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in civils, groundworks, or infrastructure projects?
This office-based role in Thatcham offers the chance to lead complex, multi-disciplinary contracts, working closely with internal teams and external clients. With regular site visits across the UK, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality infrastructure projects on time and within budget.

Pay & Shift:
* £36,000 to £40,000 per year
* Monday to Friday
Key responsibilities include:
* Preparing detailed project plans using MS Project or similar tools
* Managing multiple contracts end-to-end, ensuring milestones and budgets are met
* Applying Lean manufacturing principles to support sales-driven project delivery
* Coordinating resources across departments and subcontractors for seamless project execution
* Overseeing financial management: budgeting, cost tracking, and forecasting
* Administering contracts with a focus on notices, milestones, variations, and dispute resolution
* Implementing risk management strategies and maintaining quality assurance
* Leading clear communication with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors
* Chairing project and site meetings, conducting site surveys, and travelling to UK sites as required
What we’re looking for:
* Proven project management experience in civils, groundworks or infrastructure (minimum 2 years)
* Strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Proficient in MS Office suite, SharePoint, and MS Project
* Prince2 or APM qualification
* Full UK driving licence
* Desirable: NEC3/NEC4 experience and CSCS certification
