In this role, you will maintain compliance with EHS policies and regulations for construction projects. What You'll Do Assist construction project team by supporting subcontractor qualifications, safety plan development and implementation, project compliance inspections, and project EHS regulatory guidance. Interface with client EHS team, project team, construction management team, and EHS team to develop safety strategies, relationships, culture, best practices, and shared learning. Drive high standards of safety performance for the project to achieve EHS goals. Assist with implementing the IPS Construction Management Framework (procedures). Research regulations and assist with construction site EHS compliance and awareness. Perform EHS compliance audits and inspections. Record and report audits and assist with the implementation of corrective actions. Collate weekly and monthly safety statistics and manage the reporting system. Provide on-site EHS support for projects that require continuous oversight. Review and evaluate risk assessments, method statements, and daily job 'safe plan of action' developed by subcontractors. Prepare and deliver EHS inductions and training to the IPS team and trade partners. Carry out investigations and implement improvement actions from incidents, near misses, and safety observations. Safety qualifications such as SMSTS or NEBOSH Construction Safety. CSCS, CCNSG or equivalent Safety Passport. 5 - 10 years of construction safety experience (knowledge and experience with construction safety topics such as - RAMS review and approvals, Permitting, SPAs, fall protection, trenching and Shoring, crane lifts, steel erection, hot work, confined space, emergency plans, etc.). Strong knowledge of Construction Health & Safety Regulations within the process industries. Construction site safety management experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience in pharmaceutical Design/Build/Validation processes.
