Benefits and Efficiencies Analyst - 32067

Responsibilities
* Join the Transformation Portfolio Management Office (PMO) to help create a centralised portfolio that drives change, transformation, and continuous improvement.
* Analyse data from PMO colleagues and project/programme managers to set standards for benefits and value management and embed them across the portfolio.
* Identify, value and validate project benefits and support teams in realising benefits and managing risk across change and transformation.
* Support change, transformation, and continuous improvement across the business as part of the Portfolio Management Office within the Transformation Team (STA directorate).
Experience / Skills Required
* Strong analytical skills with proven experience as a Benefits Analyst, Efficiencies Analyst, or Business Analyst.
* Proven experience building and maintaining dashboards or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel).
* Ability to work collaboratively across organisational boundaries and build constructive relationships.
* Clear communication skills to explain complex analysis simply and persuasively to non-technical audiences.
* Self-motivation and adaptability; comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
* Experience producing guidance, toolkits, or frameworks to support colleagues.
* Ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures and encourage consideration of diversity issues in work.

Additional Information
* Hybrid working location (EA Office base); as a national role, working location is hybrid.
* Some travel and overnight stays may be required; smart tools are used to stay connected and reduce travel.
