One of Manchesters leading Universitys is look to recruit a Facilities Operative to support the maintenance and cleaning teams main duties include painting, litter picking, room configuration and cleaning.
Key Duties Include:
Cleaning and Housekeeping:
Maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility, including offices, common areas, restrooms, and exterior spaces.
Maintenance and Repairs:
Assisting with minor repairs, maintenance tasks, and possibly working on preventative maintenance programs.
Logistics and Operations:
Delivering mail, collecting waste, replenishing supplies, and assisting with event setup and tear-down.
Customer Service:
Providing assistance to staff, visitors, and clients, and responding to inquiries.
Record Keeping:
Maintaining records of maintenance tasks, security incidents, and other relevant information.
