About Us

Due to sustained growth, we are seeking a talented Residential Surveyor to join our dedicated team.
The Role
As a Residential Surveyor, you will carry out Level 2 Home Surveys, Level 3 Home Surveys and Valuations (Help to Buy/Shared Ownership) on a diverse range of residential properties. Your expertise will help clients make informed decisions about their next house purchase.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct RICS Home Surveys (Level 2 and Level 3)
* Provide accurate valuations for residential properties
* Prepare clear, detailed, and timely survey reports
* Liaise with clients to explain findings and provide expert advice when necessary
* Ensure work is completed in accordance with RICS standards and company policies
About You:
* AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualified (essential)
* Registered Valuer (preferred or willingness to register)
* Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience
* Strong attention to detail and excellent report-writing skills
* Self-motivated, organised, and professional
* Full UK driving licence
