Role Responsibilities
The busy kitchen team requires a Pastry Chef de Partie to help lead in producing indulgent desserts, proper puddings, and other sweet creations for the entire hotel. This includes catering for large conferences and events, as well as creating inspired mini-desserts for the restaurant and a variety of afternoon tea pastries, both classic and contemporary. This role presents a great opportunity to develop your career in pastry.
Requirements
* NVQ Level 1 & 2 or equivalent
* Strong leadership, motivation, and teamwork skills
* Planning and time management abilities
* A flexible attitude
* Experience in relevant disciplines
* NVQ Level 3 (advantageous)
