You’ll be working with warm clients — people who already know and trust our brand. Retain existing mortgage clients by proactively engaging ahead of product expiry dates
Generate organic new business from our existing database through intelligent conversations and relationship-building
Conduct regular check-ins via phone and occasional face-to-face meetings
Strong background in mortgage retention, account management, or client services
Excellent telephone manner and ability to build rapport quickly
Highly organised, with good CRM habits and follow-up discipline
A self-starter who thrives on proactive outreach and relationship management
Comfortable with a mix of remote communication and in-person meetings
