Assured Talent is partnering with a fantastic multinational company in the non-food category. The role is home-based, but you will need to be able to travel to their headquarters in Manchester twice a week.
We are seeking someone with experience managing Aldi, Lidl and other discounters.
Main Responsibilities:
* Meet revenue and margin targets, expand distribution, and enhance profitability
* Retain and develop client portfolio for long-term loyalty
* Establish communication channels with stakeholders and departments
* Create and update strategic account plans, including mutual objectives and performance reviews
* Collaborate with Marketing on annual promotional plans
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities
* Conduct monthly analysis of account performance
* Manage time effectively to achieve goals.
* Evaluate and mitigate client risk
* Ensure timely contribution to mandatory reporting and data points
* Foster deep relationships internally & externally
Key Selection Criteria:
* Previous strong experience working with Discounter or Wholesale Accounts with a demonstrable positive track record
* You will have a minimum of 5 years experience working with the FMCG sector
* Results-oriented individual
* Excellent interpersonal skills. Proven ability to build successful business relationships, internally and externally
* Ability to work to deadlines
* Strong analytical mindset
