Job Title: Group Financial Reporting Manager
Location: Chiswick, London (moving to Covent Garden as of 1st September 2025)

Type: Permanent, hybrid, full-time

About the role:

Step into a pivotal position at BSI as our Group Financial Reporting Manager, where your expertise will directly shape the financial integrity and transparency of our UK Topco legal entities. This is more than a reporting role — you’ll be the go-to expert for technical accounting across the Group, ensuring we meet the highest standards while driving improvements that make a real difference.

In this leadership position, you’ll take ownership of statutory reporting, strengthen and embed a best-in-class financial control framework, and bring your IFRS and UK GAAP knowledge to life in a practical, value-adding way. You’ll also have the opportunity to collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business, influence decision-making, and make your mark in a role that blends technical depth with real business impact.

Responsibilities may include:

1. Lead the month-end and year-end financial close for UK Topco entities, ensuring accuracy and control over financial data.
2. Prepare technical accounting papers on audit and accounting matters under IFRS and UK GAAP.
3. Own and deliver statutory financial statements and annual reporting requirements.
4. Provide monthly internal reporting packs including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and funding updates.
5. Maintain and improve financial controls in collaboration with the Head of Global Financial Controls.
6. Manage the UK entities' year-end audit process, including planning, issue resolution, and stakeholder engagement.
7. Monitor changes in accounting standards and advise on implications for the Group.
8. Support Group-level policy development using tools such as EY Atlas.
9. Oversee the Group dividend process and intercompany balances.
10. Coordinate payroll and expense review and support tax compliance through business service charge allocations.

To be successful in the role, you will have:

11. ACA or ACCA qualification with significant post-qualification experience (minimum 5 years PQE).
12. Strong technical accounting knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP.
13. Demonstrated success in a Financial Reporting or Legal Entity Manager role in a commercial environment.
14. Experience managing complex reporting requirements and audits across multiple entities.
15. A proactive and collaborative approach, with strong analytical and influencing skills.
16. Ability to deliver insights under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and build trusted stakeholder relationships.
