As Senior Reporting Manager you will play a key role in supporting the finance team through developing and providing weekly, periodic and ad-hoc performance reporting for the Managed pub estate.
Whilst this role sits in the Destination Brands division, reporting is provided across the three Managed divisions in Greene King whilst also acting as a key link through to the Corporate Finance team. Our Senior Reporting Manager opportunity is a hybrid working role and can be based from either our Burton- On- Trent office or Bury St Edmunds office.

Job Description
Your role as Senior Reporting Manager
8. Lead a centre of excellence with a focus on continuous improvement of existing reporting and process to support business performance and decision making.
9. Work with BI and IT Teams to provide innovative and adaptive solutions to meet the changing demands of the business.
10. Working as an integral member of the Senior Finance team, you will provide forward thinking, innovative solutions and financial analysis, supporting Greene King’s finance processes and ad hoc projects.
11. Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of data and reports, by applying quality checks, validation processes, and data governance and control standards.
12. Lead and co-ordinate on the delivery, production and outputs of the annual forecasting and budget cycles across the Managed pub divisions.
13. Delivery of regular weekly, period and ad-hoc reporting and analysis
14. Regularly review evolving financial processes, procedures and systems ensuring control and governance, driving a continuous improvement culture
15. Lead and support the development of a small team
16. Lead ad-hoc projects and provide analysis and insight as required.

Qualifications:
22. Qualified Accountant
23. Advanced Excel (including Macros / VBA)
24. COGNOS (SQL desirable)
25. Experience of business partnering at a senior level
26. Good PowerPoint and presentation skills
27. Change management and process improvement experience
