About CognoMedia CognoMedia is building an AI-driven platform for the sports and media industry, focused on real-time analytics, predictive modelling, and intelligent content generation for stakeholders such as sports professionals, broadcasters, and the betting industry. The Role We’re looking for a part-time, operations-focused manager to strengthen day-to-day execution, improve internal processes, and keep projects moving smoothly across workstreams. What you’ll do (Operations / Execution) Build and improve internal workflows (SOPs, task boards, meeting cadence, documentation). Drive project delivery: planning, timelines, owners, progress tracking, and risk management. Coordinate across functions (product/AI/R&D/marketing/partners) to unblock delivery. Maintain lightweight reporting: priorities, milestones, and weekly updates. Support vendor/freelancer coordination (briefing, follow-up, quality checks). Improve clarity and accountability in a fast-moving early-stage team. What we’re looking for 2 years’ experience in operations, project coordination, delivery management, or similar. Strong execution and communication - you can turn ambiguity into action. Comfortable with tools like Notion / Google Workspace / Slack / Trello / Asana (any is fine). Solid spreadsheet skills and good data awareness. Proactive, organised, and hands-on. Right to Work in the UK. Nice to have Experience building processes from scratch in a startup/small team.
