🚨 We're Hiring | Contact Centre - Platform Support Engineer
📍 Location: Northampton (Hybrid / On-site)

đź•’ 2-3 Months Contract
We're supporting a financial services organisation as they roll out a new contact centre platform (NICE CXone) across the business, and they’re looking for someone with hands-on experience with the platform to join the project team.
The platform is currently in pilot phase, with full vendor support in place. You'll be joining at a critical time to help support a 500-user rollout, ensuring smooth operation, configuration, and day-to-day platform support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and maintain call flows, IVRs, and routing within NICE CXone
• Provide operational support and troubleshooting
• Act as a link between internal users and the vendor
• Keep documentation up to date as changes are made
• Help ensure a stable, well-supported rollout
✅ What You’ll Need:
• Experience supporting or administering NICE CXone or a similar contact centre platform
• Good understanding of VoIP, PBX, and call routing principles
• Able to handle support tickets and config changes efficiently
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
