Administrator - Part Time (30 hours per week)
People Solutions are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our well-established client based in Sheffield on a part time permanent basis.

Hours or work:
Monday to Thursday: 11am - 5pm & Friday 9am - 3pm
Salary:
£27,000 per annum

Day-to-day duties:
As an Administrator, your duties will include (but not be limited to):
* Maintain and manage technical paper and electronic filing systems
* Ensure documentation is accurate, up to date and readily accessible
* Support compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS), Health & Safety and Environmental systems
* Assist with third-party audits and customer visits
* Complete customer and supplier questionnaires and product specifications
* Maintain the internal audit programme
* Investigate and respond to customer complaints, ensuring continuous improvement
* Support HACCP processes alongside Technical and Factory teams
* Maintain and monitor staff training records
* Provide technical and quality support in the absence of the Technical Director
* Support general office administration including answering calls, greeting visitors and processing post
* Assist sales order processing and purchase ledger functions when required

The skills required to be an Administrator are:
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident managing documentation and administrative systems
* Comfortable working within quality, compliance or technical environments
* Proactive and able to suggest improvements
* IT confident and able to use systems efficiently
* Flexible and happy to support wider office functions when needed
* Professional, approachable and team-focused
Training:
* Full training will be provided, with ongoing development support
