Responsibilities:
1. Proactively pursue and secure direct sales with strategic key accounts such as group hospitals, referral centers, high-end medical institutions, and university-affiliated hospitals—with a focus on promoting Patient monitoring and life support products, especially anesthesia products. Drive and accelerate new project opportunities for these products to successful deals, and promote national-level collaborations with hospital groups around such product lines.
2. Explore and develop new customers within the assigned territory for Patient monitoring and life support products (especially anesthesia products), and strengthen the overall sales network for these core lines. Coordinate efforts among key account sales, marketing, and clinical support teams to ensure professional promotion and after-sales support for anesthesia and related products. Manage, support, and enhance relationships with existing distributors to achieve sales targets for Patient monitoring and life support, particularly anesthesia products.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs and guest speakers specialized in veterinary anesthesia and Patient monitoring and life support fields, with regular quarterly updates to align on product application needs and clinical value promotion.
4. Spot commercial opportunities for Patient monitoring and life support products (especially anesthesia products) across various customer sectors, and deliver sales breakthroughs in line with company and regional strategies for these product categories.
5. Collect and analyze market intelligence related to veterinary Patient monitoring and life support products (especially anesthesia products), including competitor activities, technological trends, and customer clinical needs, to expand business potential.
6. Organize and participate in exhibitions, seminars and other promotional & marketing initiatives, with a focus on showcasing the clinical value and technical advantages of anesthesia and other Patient monitoring and life support products.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience in veterinary medical devices products, with proven experience in selling Patient monitoring and life support products—especially veterinary anesthesia products is preferred.
2. Good connections with local chain groups, local veterinary KOLs (preferably those specialized in anesthesia and critical care), key clients and distributors. Those with relationship resources in hospital groups with demands for anesthesia and Patient monitoring and life support products are preferred.
3. Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of professionally articulating the technical features, clinical applications and value of anesthesia and Patient monitoring and life support products.
4. Positive and proactive personality, strong strain ability to address complex sales scenarios related to professional medical devices like anesthesia products.
5. Open to domestic and international business travels for key account development, product training and promotional activities around anesthesia and Patient monitoring and life support lines.
