E-Roster and Workforce System Administrator

Please note that this job does not meet the salary requirements for work visa sponsorship and as such we will be unable to progress your application if you do not have the right to work in the UK.

We are looking to recruit a systems administrator to provide a full and efficient administration support and data quality function in relation to information and rosters stored within the Trust's electronic systems (E-Roster/ESR).

You will support in maintaining the E-Rostering and ESR system, support in providing training to new and existing users, and assist in the creation of reports for a variety of audiences.

You will be qualified to NVQ 3 in business administration or have equivalent experience with a track record of delivering an efficient administrative support. You will have excellent customer service skills, experience of working with rosters, entering and maintaining data for large IT systems and of the use of a range of Microsoft packages.

You will be experienced in working with different departments and organisations with all levels of staff, utilising your communication skills.


Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will provide an efficient, effective, streamlined and high-quality system administration service to the E-roster and ESR teams located in Telford and Shrewsbury. Therefore, the ideal candidate will have excellent IT skills, experience with inputting and manipulating data, a confident telephone manner, strong organisational skills, enjoy working with people and thrive in a busy environment.

Person Specification


Training & Qualifications

* NVQ Level 3 in business administration or equivalent experience
* Maths & English GCSE at Grade C or above or equivalent


Experience

* Experience of entering and maintaining data for IT systems and of the effective use of a range of Microsoft packages including Excel, Word, Powerpoint, databases, diaries
* Experience of delivering administrative support
* Experience of providing excellent customer service


Knowledge & Skills

* Ability to assess, resolve and refer enquiries as appropriate
* Ability to accurately input and manipulate data/information
* Ability to provide, receive and process information
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
